Wayne is great, very professional, friendly and welcoming. PM drop off some below are N/A. Faster than Sacramento location, but they have a coffee machine for guests. You guys need to get one of those!
I recommend this Volkswagen dealership. Are used to live up near them. I now live over an hour away. But I get such a good quality and thorough work from them. I will drive the time and sit in the waiting room to have my vehicle serviced through them. Competitive pricing friendly people. And through the COVID-19 Pandemic, they still have a waiting room with social distancing. They are worth the drive to have your vehicle worked on.
Chris was amazing. Always thorough on what was diagnosed with my car and recommended services to fix the issue. Chris kept me in the loop of what was going on and delivered as promised. He an awesome service rep that you guys have.
The people are always nice, the dealership always clean. I've never bought a car from them so I can't comment on that but have been very happy with their service department
Drove 33 hours all the way from Alabama to vist family in Vacaville and needed an oil change before the long drive back. We didn't have an appointment scheduled but Mr. Wayne Salas was incredibly friendly and said he'd still get us in for the day even though they were fully booked. He explained it might take as long as 3+ hours of waiting depending on when he had someone available, and told us we were more than welcome to wait in the lobby and even recommended some food spots in walking distance if we were hungry. We ended up waiting less than 30 minutes. Next time we're back in Vacaville and need anything serviced we will definitely stop here again. Thank you so much Mr. Salas!!
